ProjectTalk delivers world-class applications in an application services provider (ASP) environment.

Powered by Prolog^®—the industry standard in project management/project control—these powerful applications are available for a low, monthly subscription rate. You can choose from four different levels of membership in ProjectTalk:

Project Manager Membership:

This membership includes the Basic and Collaboration Membership features, giving you the ability to perform online procurement and budget and cost management. It also includes:

• Assemble bid packages and RFQs, including links to contract attachment and drawing lists.
• Distribute invitations to bid, and keep track of all notices.
• Increase choice of bidders by searching for companies that meet specific qualifications.
• Perform simple or detailed bid analysis.
• Award contracts and purchase orders directly from your bid analysis.
• Track all of your costs against established budgets, determining savings and overruns.
• Manage multiple projects in a specific program, or your entire organization's portfolio of projects.
• Instantly run automatic alerts that warn of impending critical items, such as insurance expiration, outstanding change orders, schedule delays and more.
• Improve record keeping by tracking detailed information—including qualifications, certifications and contract history.

Collaboration Membership:

This membership allows you and other project participants to collaborate on many design and construction processes. ProjectTalk brings every player on the project team together in real time.

• Redline drawings and conduct threaded comments for design reviews
• Create discussion forums to communicate complex issues to other team members
• Assign critical items to a Project Hotlist and communicate news with the entire team
• Upload photos, schedules, project documents, and more
• Create and manage data regarding workflow processes like RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, punch lists
• View real-time reports regarding budgets, contracts, change management, billings, etc.
• Access more than 400 standard reports, which can be used to report in a multi-project database
• Manage and organize reports and queries into logical groups
• Maintain tracking information for historical record
• Reduce response times and positively impact the project schedule

Basic Membership:

This membership level provides free access to navigational tools and free content throughout the ProjectTalk community. It's a great way to jump in and take a look around ProjectTalk. It also includes access to project websites and registration in Meridian Systems user database so that, with your permission, we can keep you apprised of upcoming events and features associated with ProjectTalk.
