FOLSOM, Calif. (Oct. 9, 2003) - Meridian Project Systems® (Meridian), a leading provider of project management software and ASP solutions, announces that Pam Hodgdon has been appointed Meridian Director of Client Support.
Hodgdon
will provide strategic leadership and direction to the planning and
management of Client Support resources and programs. With the expansion
of Meridian solutions to multiple markets and multiple products, Hodgdon
will oversee the continued development of tailored programs and services
to meet diverse client needs.
"Meridian' rapid product-line growth and increased market adoption have called for more strategic ways of fulfilling our customers' support needs. As the team that assists our clients through adoption and daily use, client support upholds the industry reputation of the company and creates an environment that is conducive to our customers' continued use and competitive advantage," said Hodgdon. "Meridian's Client Support team has done an exceptional job to this point. I hope to continue to fulfill and exceed the expectations of our clients," finished Hodgdon.

Additionally, Hodgdon will work with the Meridian product development team to complete customer-driven product patches and maintenance builds, as well as communicate Meridian support programs and methods internally and externally.
"As Meridian expands into new markets with our Prolog and Proliance product lines we must offer different support programs that encompass much more than end-user support," said Sallie Sutter, Meridian vice president of client support and services.
"Pam comes to Meridian with proven success in customer satisfaction and loyalty programs. Her experience will help extend our offerings of timely reactive assistance to pro-active support service offerings such as implementation assistance, scheduled support, on-site evaluations and web-based training. I'm delighted with the progress Pam has already made to date," finished Sutter.
With more than 20 years experience in operational roles working for a variety of technology companies in project management, product introduction, and support and customer service, Hodgdon has proven to be a passionate leader who believes that customer satisfaction is essential to the growth and overall health of every company. Most recently as Senior Director of Knowledge Services for WebEx Communications, Inc.
